Shipping Policy

All shipments will go out on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If an order is placed on a day outside of said days, they will be shipped out the following Monday. 

At the moment we do ship with CanadaPost. Please give at least 2-3 extra days after the expected delivery date for your parcel to get to your door. Right now, CanadaPost is having delays with their parcels due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

If you suspect that your order has been lost or stolen, we advise that you send us an email at xclusivlashes@gmail.com ASAP with your name, order number, tracking number and a brief description. 


Please allow us 1-2 days to process your order and ship it out.


Please understand that once we have dropped the package off at the post office, WE have NO CONTROL over what happens next. This is why we urge you to contact us as soon as you realize that something may have gone wrong and we give you time to make sure. We also urge you to make sure that you have given us the correct address because if the package has been delivered to the wrong house, we are going by the address that has been provided to us.
